Duncan McKimm
CEO
Duncan started as Clarence Village’s CEO in 2018. Born and bred in Grafton, Duncan has degrees in Science Communication and a Masters in Business Economics.
Mandy Stark
Facility Manager
Mandy joined Clarence Village in 2021 and is Facility Manager of Dougherty Villa. Mandy moved from Victoria in 2021 and has over 25 years of experience in the aged care industry as both Registered Nurse and Facility Manager.
Penny White
Village Manager
Penny joined Clarence Village in 2022 as Village Manager and has 20 years of experience in the aged care industry. Born and bred in Grafton, Penny loves working with residents and looks after all of Clarence Village’s independent living sites.
Darryl Kliendeinst
Clarence Village on Queen Team Leader
Darrel joined Clarence Village in 2015 and leads the supported living team at Clarence Village on Queen, producing delicious meals for the residents of that facility.
