CEO
Duncan started as Clarence Village’s CEO in 2018. Born and bred in Grafton, Duncan has degrees in Science Communication and a Masters in Business Economics.
Dawnette Bailey
Facility Manager
Dawnette joined Clarence Village in 2026 and is Facility Manager of Dougherty Villa. Dawnette has many years of experience in the aged care industry as both Registered Nurse and Facility Manager in Australia and New Zealand.
Penny White
Village Manager
Penny joined Clarence Village in 2022 as Village Manager and has 20 years of experience in the aged care industry. Born and bred in Grafton, Penny loves working with residents and looks after all of Clarence Village’s independent living sites.
